Took over the building of a new home from a builder after the foundation had been poured.  Re-evaluted the project plan and budget and worked to bring down the costs of the project.  Project managed the work of framing, siding, insulation, plumbing, electrical and masonry work.  Finish work and cabinet installation.  With the management of the project, we saved the owners over $200K.
