Renovation at Merrimac MA

This was a renovation that went on for several years with multiple projects.  Replaced all horse-hair plaster with sheet-rock.  Renovated the first floor bathroom to allow for handicap access.  Renovated the master bedroom to add a master bath and walk in closet.  Renovated kitchen and installed new cabinets and flooring.  Refinished wood floors on the first floor.  Expanded the pantry area to install a French door to allow for handicap access, and replaced the roof.  For the barn, we shored up the foundation, replaced the roof and re-supporting the rafters.  Replaced the barn floor for safety reasons.  Added a pergola over the hot tub and installed an outdoor hot water shower.
